Wendy J.M. Welsh
Prior to starting her own firm, Wendy most recently worked with a medium-sized firm in downtown Minneapolis, Wagner, Falconer & Judd, Ltd., practicing in various areas of law. She practiced in family law, business law, real estate, employment, estate planning, probate, adoptions, juvenile, criminal, and traffic matters.

Previous to her employment with Wagner, Falconer & Judd, Ltd., Wendy worked for a firm in Duluth, Minnesota practicing in the areas of corporate law, real estate, and estate planning. She also clerked for a District Court Judge, David P. Sullivan, in the Sixth Judicial District in Duluth, MN.

Wendy also has experience working in-house for an international corporation, Lifetouch Inc. She managed outside litigation/outside counsel on various issues, including employment law, business law, and real estate.

Education and Professional Affiliations.
Wendy received her undergraduate degree (B.A. 1992, Dean's List) from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She received her law degree (J.D. 1996, cum laude) from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota (state and federal court).

She has been a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Volunteer Lawyer's Network, and Minnesota Women Lawyers. She also served as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for the juvenile court system in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
